No matter what your question is, we have an answer! Kickboxing rounds workouts are a newer type of working out and we want you to feel confident coming into our gym. If your question isn't answered here, feel free to call us at (314) 960-7123.

CLASS TIMES

The way our gym works is the workout starts when you arrive. Each workout is 30 minutes long and involves 5 different stations that you rotate through during the time. So no matter what time you arrive, you will always be able to begin your workout at station 1.

GEAR

Since most of the exercises are kickboxing related, you will need gloves and wraps. You are more than welcome to bring your own, or we do sell them at the gym.

I'M INJURED

Our head trainer, Ray Norris, has worked extensively with finding the right workout for each individual. We will be able to help you find your perfect balance to the workouts for maximum benefit.
